This is a "new beginning," since I now have got my computer back up and running and |I have changed the title to one that is perhaps more fitting.

As a result of the above there will no doubt be some repitition of what I had said previously but, since I have no idea if anyone saw the original and/or read any I will have to start over so my facts follow the order in which I remember them.

Having said that, I will now leave this for the moment and will start when I get my thoughts in order.
